Meet the Auditor
Mark Baghdassarian, SSA, SSAud, MIPA
Managing Director | ASIC Approved SMSF Auditor
Mark has business and commerce qualifications and is currently studying IT -cybersecurity. He is a member of the SMSF Association and has attained the distinctions as an SMSF Specialist Auditor™ and SMSF Specialist Advisor™ He is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and Auditors Institute. Mark is an ASIC Approved SMSF Auditor (SMSF Auditor Number (SAN): 100 264 864).
Mark has had experience for more than 15 years having started out his career in the South Eastern suburbs in Melbourne before moving to a larger corporate firm in Inner Melbourne. From there he was hired by larger SMSF Auditing firms in Brisbane and Melbourne before founding Simply SMSF Audits.
Mark has seen practically all asset types and structures, and, through continuing professional development has been fortunate enough strongly understand and become highly experienced across regulatory provisions contained SIS, AUASB, ASIC, APES.
In his spare time, Mark likes to spend time with his son and is a member of the local athletics club.
